		<description>What&#039;s up Chris? Thanks forr the link luv.  I&#039;m curious about the self-submission article, and going to check it out (as well as the others). 

I submit my articles, but I&#039;ve read quite a few resources that suggest to submit a ratio of about 10% of your own stuff, and 90% other stuff. 

How about you? What do you think about it?
