Sunday Link Love v5
Well here comes my 5th link love post on another busy weekend. I had another bachelor party yesterday and if you remember from my 3rd link love post I was recovering from a wedding. When this summer his over I’ll have been to 4 weddings for some of my closest friends. It has been a truly busy summer because I’ve been in nearly every wedding I attended so it seems like every weekend I’m doing something for a wedding.
In any case, let’s move onto the posts:
Over at Collin Lahay’s blog he outlines a strategy to build links through eBay. For those of you that haven’t read my story about I first started making money on eBay nearly 10 years ago. So it didn’t take me a lot of time to set up a blog and do my first post to test out his strategy. Check out my eBay blog post. I know this is an old blog post but I had it set up on an old link love draft post that I forgot to use! Either way this is a pretty slick idea.
side note: Make sure you click view source and add your link code into the post that way though otherwise it won’t work. He doesn’t mention that in his instructions.
Caroline Middlebrook writes about parking domains for further development. She covers a lot of topics about starting new sites, Google’s sandbox and more.
Rob Malon put together a post on how to improve bounce rates and time spent on your website. Some good tips there Rob.
And in a slightly unrelated post – AdesBlog wrote about a new feature with Google that indexes speech in YouTube videos. It even highlights where the word was used. That’s pretty nifty right?
