Niche Profit Course Affiliate Program Live

Late last month I released my very first product – Niche Profit Course for $97. Overall the response has been very positive and I’ve received over a dozen emails from people asking about when the affiliate program is opening. I would have opened it earlier, but I forgot to get banners designed ahead of time and I also wanted to make sure that I patched up any holes in the material I presented before telling everyone to start promoting it. Now that those two things are taken care of the affiliate program is officially open.

I’m using a 3rd party affiliate tracking software called Easy Click Mate which made this process really easy. Yes, ClickBank does have a built in affiliate program, but I didn’t want to rely on just the tools offered by ClickBank and in doing some research I found Easy Click Mate which is $67 and offers a whole suite of tools that work with the ClickBank software to enhance the experience for both the affiliate and for the administrator as well. I’ll do a full review of the software suite sometime later this month for those of you interested in creating and selling a product on ClickBank but the end result is that it’s a lot better than just stick with ClickBank’s default affiliate tools.
Niche Profit Course banner ads are available inside the course when you sign up. They were created by Banners Mall who I plan to review in a later post as well, but if you do need banners created simply use the coupon code chris for 20% off (I don’t get paid if you use it, this was just something I asked him to provide and he was able to offer a hook up.) Here are a couple of the banners that were created:

I think they turned out really well and were done in a very short period of time (72 hours). The banner’s aren’t too annoying and obviously they’re factually accurate. I didn’t want to put fake numbers on there or anything stupid like that.
Note: If you’re looking to promote the Niche Profit Course and you have a large email list of people that would probably be interested in it, I’m also open to doing webinars where I cover some of the basics etc. as well. Just contact me if you have a large audience and think it would be mutually beneficial.
As always, if you have any questions feel free to ask them below.

Side note: I just checked the ClickBank marketplace for my product and it’s actually on page one for popularity at spot #4 out of 120 products! Sweet
Upcoming: I’m changing gears and won’t discuss my product for a change (Yah, I know some of you may have been annoyed by my emails and blog posts, but what can I say? I think it’s great
). In any case I will be sharing a post that some people will call me insane for trying to accomplish, but it’s a new goal that I’ve had in the back of my head for a few years but I wanted to share it publicly both so you can laugh at me (many will) and also to tell me what you think.

Nice work, Chris. I bet your sales will take another huge leap. Would love to see a post in the future about how your sales were before and after launching your affiliate program.

Yah I’m still trying to figure out if I want to keep doing income reports etc. Most of the sales of my Niche Profit Course all came from people that knew me from my blog so I’m not sure what people would think about me posting income results for a product I sold to them. Then again, I do feel comfortable knowing that I’m delivering at least $97 worth of value so perhaps I shouldn’t worry about that.
In any case, I’m not a really big ClickBank affiliate guy and I’m not much of an info marketer so my guess is that it will take a while before I make the connections with people that are willing to promote something I’ve created.

Hey Chris,
I’ve been looking into Easy Clickmate for my own products – good to see you’ve recommended it. Is it hard to use or fairly intuitive?

If you have experience installing PHP scripts on a website you’ll find it easy (i.e. set up mysql database, create a user, go to install page, configure settings, set up affiliate page etc.). The guy also offers some pretty good support too so I definitely think it’s worth the effort for sure.

This is really great Chris,
What do you think about using CJ for your affiliate programmes (clickbank don’t support Nigerians)
