I’m a first-timer on your site and I was pleasantly surprised with the content on your site. If there is one thing I really appreciate, it is your honesty. So many geeks come with hyped up sales talk!

One thing about not being on target: In his book Flight Plan, Brian Tracy explains the phenomena that airplanes are off course 99% of the time once in the air. They start on target but once in the air, they go off course. Fact is, because the pilots always monitor their course, they always manage to reach their destination as planned.

When I read your post, I thought about this book. You are in flight my friend, maybe off course by margin, but you are definitely on your way to achieve amazing things. May God bless you abundantly!

First of all I wish that you will soon approach your goals well before the end of the year. Please also wish for me a success b’cos since more than a year I am trying to earn here and there online $500 each month but so far I havn’t made even $50 a year. She works 40 hours a week helping me build niche Amazon websites. I found her via Craigslist. It’s all about leverage. There’s only so much I can do as a sole entrepreneur and one way to make more money is to hire help and have them do the stuff that is still worth doing but not worth me doing.

When you say you “hired a full time writer” what exactly do you mean? What do you have her doing, for what amount of time per day or week? I am curious about venturing into outsourcing soon, but want to know the best way to go about it.
